Juana Penson is a full-time businesswoman and a full-time problem solver. With over thirty years of professional experience supporting top level executives and office management she surpasses the old adage of “attention to detail.”
She is known for her interpersonal skills, keen listening ability and expert level multi-tasking and coordination. Her personal level of care is what separates her, she cares not only about the task at hand, but the person behind it.
Her passion to always serve others has connected her with like-minded organizations which have the same mission. She is always looking to serve in any role she has been able to.
When her children were of school age, she served in any parent group where she can roll up her sleeves and apply her skills for whatever as needed. Her support was always there, from parent council to PTA Vice President. Juana currently serves as Vice Chair to All Roads to Success, Secretary for the Food and Shelter Coalition of Hudson County, Food Coordinator for Triangle Park Community Center and member of the Food Security Task Force. Her dedication to serving others has brought her to becoming part to All Roads to Success where she can serve a great purpose to her community.
