Kency Desmangles is Haitian born, U.S raised mother, daughter, and sister. She has a passion for informing, inspiring, and making a difference in people's lives. Being a part of All Roads to Success has given her the vehicle to make an impact. She values diversity, equity, inclusion, and the power of working together for a common goal.  In addition to her community driven work, Desmangles is also a writer in which she does often. She is also interested in politics, pop culture, and social issues facing women and men today. She also speaks both English and Creole.
